Corrado Russo

Corrado Russo is responsible for managing the global securities platform. Mr. Russo has an extensive background in the investment management field, having held positions in portfolio management, equity research and direct real estate investments. Prior to joining Hazelview (formerly Timbercreek), Mr. Russo was an executive director & portfolio manager of global real estate securities at Forum Securities (2009–2011) and a portfolio manager of global real estate securities at Citi Property Investors (2005–2009). Mr. Russo holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Claudia Reich Floyd

Claudia Reich Floyd heads up the Zurich office in Switzerland and manages global strategies in the listed real estate universe.
Ms. Reich Floyd has extensive expertise in real estate securities and has developed a strong knowledge of the regulatory needs of European clients. Prior to joining Hazelview (formerly Timbercreek), Ms. Reich Floyd was head of real estate securities at 4IP Management (2008–2012) and a portfolio manager at Citi Property Investors (2004–2008) working alongside Corrado Russo. Ms. Reich Floyd holds an MBA from the University of Cologne, Germany with a specialization in Finance and Banking (including one year studying abroad in Boston).
Samuel Sahn

Samuel Sahn heads up the New York office in the U.S. and focuses on the U.S. REIT component of global real estate portfolios. Mr. Sahn has extensive experience in real estate equities and the financial services industry. Prior to joining Hazelview (formerly Timbercreek), Mr. Sahn was an executive director and portfolio manager with Forum Securities (2009–2012) and a senior analyst with the global real estate securities team at Citigroup Property Investors (2004–2009). Mr. Sahn holds an MBA in Finance (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.
